Amchoor - Amchur - Dried Unripe Green Mango
'Amchur' is a fruity spice powder produced from dried unripe green mangoes and is used as a citrus agent to flavour foods. It is mainly produced in India.
It adds the nutritional assistance of mangoes when the season of fresh fruit has passed.
Essentially, mango powder is very versatile and can be used to season chat, curd, dumplings, fried, baked, steamed, and boiled foods.
Amchur makes a great meat tenderiser for slow cooked and baked dishes
